در یک پروژه Cabling معمولی، نصب کابلها پرهزینه ترین قسمت پروژه هست، هم از لحاظ هزینه و هم از لحاظ میزان کار لازم، به همین دلیل قابل اطمینان بودن یک مزیت بزرگ برای کابل محسوب می شود، زیرا تعویض و تعمیر کابلها باعث از کار انداختن پروژه و تعویق کار می شود.

در هنگام نصب کابلها لینک کردن آنها (مثلا" به Patch Panel) فشار زیادی روی کابل می آید. از این رو یک درجه پایداری مکانیکی برای کابل ها یکی از موارد اصلی هنگام انتخاب کابل برای R&M به حساب می آید. با استفاده از یک ابزار تست مخصوص این کار، R&M می تواند فشار مکانیکی وارده بر کابلها را Simulate کند و بر اساس این تستها ، پایداری و دوام کابلها را افزایش دهد. R&M یک مجموعه متنوع از کابلهای Freenet را در اختیار کاربران قرار می دهد که می تواند نیازهای مختلف کاربران را به بهترین و با صرفه ترین وجه تأمین کند.

در جهت تسهیل پروسه انتخاب کابل برای مشتریان R&M  یک جدول از پیش تهیه شده از کابلهای سه شاخصه کیفی در اختیار کاربران قرار می دهد.
