شرکت R&M با توجه به اهمیت زیاد کانکشن ماژول (Connection -Module) در ساختار شبکه (مورد استفاده در پچ پنل و پریزهای شبکه) و برای راحتی نصابان، اقدام به طراحی و تولید کانکشن ماژول های کرده که نیاز به ابزار خاص جهت نصب ندارند (Tools Free).
R&M از سال 2000 خط تولید تمام اتوماتیک تولید کیستون را راه اندازی کرد. در این فرآیند که بدون دخالت عامل انسانی انجام می گیرد تمام کیستون ها مورد آزمایش و تست قرار می گیرند و استفاده R&M از با کیفیت ترین مواد مانند برنز و طلا در تولید کانکشن ماژول باعث طولانی شدن عمر و همچنین استفاده چندین باره از کیستون شده است.
